  A very welcoming class, which remains true to traditional teachings - yet with the necessary adaptations for modern culture. For me the class offers 3 obvious rewards:
  -A powerful martial art
  -Improved joint health
  -Wisdom
  Of course, it is possible to isolate only 1 or 2 aspects of study as the focus.
  The quality of the material studied is clear, and the way in which it is delivered is outstanding. As with anything worth doing; patience is required to achieve the greater benefits. Students are allowed to progress at their own pace, which ultimately varies considerably due to lifestyles. There is a proverb that says: 'When the student is ready, the master appears' - this is very true here.
