  Very polite, kind staff very helpful couldn't fault the member of staff that came out to fill my forms in. Also very polite gentleman in the Gosforth office that answers the phone. Only problem was the woman in the Ashington office I felt was a little unfriendly I got the impression she couldn't be bothered and was more interested in her conversation and cup of coffee with another woman. Who I picked up as being a friend not a customer or colleague as when she decided to get up and help me the comment to her friend was I'll pop in on my way home. But other shop was really helpful, polite, friendly and awesome staff.

  Lovely company to deal with, can't recommend enough. Needed several pieces of equipment for my father, helpful knowledgable staff who made the whole thing easy including dealing with Motabilty.
