  Do not recommend at all. The only advantage is the location. However, the disadvantage vastly outway any positive points. The rooms are much smaller than they appear in photographs, maintenance is relatively quick most of the time. However, it can take months to fix things (eg. our shower door fell off in November and wasn't fixed until the middle of February, my bedroom light takes about 30 seconds to actually start working, it's been like this since September, still hasn't been fixed even though I complained about it multiple times. Just to name a few.) The management seeks profit over the quality of life of its tenants. We've had problems with another flatmate and they seem to continue to side with an individual instead of seeking the comfort of the flat as a whole. They use video evidence from this individual to threat the rest of the flat. We have requested to arrange mediation but our emails have been ignored. Upon requesting mediation in person, we were threatened with disciplinary action. This isn't everything and its only February so I have 5 more months here. Just want to warn anyone who might consider living here next year. Don't do it.
