  This company is an absolute joke.
  The guy who you have to speak to to arrange to get on a course, is as useful as a chocolate fireguard and that's putting it nicely!
  My partner contacted this company to try and get on a refresher course and this individual did nothing but mess him around telling him that he needed this and that so when my partner obtained the info requested , he then asked for something else , this happened about 3 times, why couldn't this have been done during one call?
  Then to conclude the matter this amateur tries to convince him that he needed to do the whole course again, basically trying to rip him off and to add insult to injury then laughed down the phone to my fella when he accused him of doing just that!
  Stay well clear , there are numerous other places you can go I seriously suggest you try them first before going to this conman !
