  Bought a beautiful bag from Newcastle branch online. Was slightly unsure after reading the category grading of the bags as would normally like to see the goods, but was reassured by the 30 days returns period. The bag was described as A/B good condition. I called the store they went through the item with me described it mentioned a couple of minor marks (it is used after all).
  The delivery charge was £5 and the bag was with me in less than 24 hours. It was exactly as described, exceeded my expectations. The inside was immaculate, the minor marks I probably wouldn't have seen if I didn't know to look.
  The service was excellent, the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. I will be buying again.
