  You can join for a week and its only £15 as an introductory price, then its either DD or monthly and all options (to me) are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful and the kit is good. The classes are varied and there are several each day. I really enjoyed spin and the circuits but there are so many other options. The kit in the main gym is good, theres a boxing bag, kettle bells, workout mats and so on plus there are watt bikes (I do love a watt bike).
  For anyone wanting a decent gym in the city centre I'd definitely recommend this one or if you're visiting and would like a more short term option (as many don't seem to offer that!).
