  Overpriced car parking which is chasing visitors and shoppers from the area. You can park for free by either walking a mile along tyne to the Cycle hub to the east or walking a mile along Tyne to the west a short walk past pottery bank. If greedy council removed all of the obnoxious yellow lines and unrealistic parking charges this area would be flourishing.
