  Lovely staff but the place is like a slaughter house for pigs! Can you not hire someone to clean the tables? And when I say "clean", I do not merely mean "remove someone else's cups", I mean wash the tables AFTER EACH CUSTOMER! Zero hygiene in the UK ~shocked~

  This coffee is just average, as you can expect from a branded one. their hot chocolate Milano is the closest thing to a proper hot chocolate, as appose as just a hot cocoa that i could find until the moment in UK
